All eligible deposit refunds are processed in accordance with our payment policies and applicable regulations. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method or source account used for the deposit, subject to verification and payment provider requirements.
2. Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible. Eligible requests may be processed within approximately 2 hours, subject to account verification, internal checks, banking hours, and payment provider processing times. Actual receipt of funds may take longer.
3. Refund Eligibility & Conditions
Refunds are subject to transaction verification, applicable fees, anti-money laundering requirements, and relevant legal obligations. Trading losses, executed trades, and market-related losses are not eligible for refunds. WazirFx reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a refund or withdrawal.
