1. Introduction & Account Establishment
By registering an account with WazirFx, you enter into a legally binding client agreement with WazirFx Ltd. You affirm that you are over 18 years of age and authorized to execute financial contracts.
2. Execution & Order Routing
WazirFx executes orders on a No Dealing Desk (NDD) basis directly into institutional liquidity providers. All orders are subject to market liquidity and may experience positive or negative slippage during volatile events.
3. Margin Requirements & Liquidation
Clients are required to maintain adequate margin collateral. If account equity falls below 20% of required margin, our automated risk engine will liquidate open positions to preserve capital.
